You must use Adobe Acrobat Reader to properly edit the form; you can download and install the free version from here.
Then, click on the Bow Wood Inventory PDF* button above (it will open in a new tab). Download it to your computer by clicking on the arrow [ ⤓ ] in the upper-right-hand corner. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
